Q. Are you currently enrolling new students?

Yes, Heavenly Kids is currently accepting applications for new students in all age groups.

 

Q. What is your student-to-teacher ratio?

6 weeks - 12 months is 1:4; 12 months - 18 months is 1:5; 18 months - 2 years is 1:6; 3 years - 5 years is 1:10; school age is 1:15.

 

Q. Do you accept Publicly Funded Child Care (PFCC)?

Q. Can I visit my child anytime during the day?

Yes.  We have an open door policy.  Parents can come in unnannounced at anytime. 

 

Q. Do you provide meals?

We provide breakfast, lunch and snack daily.  Meals are prepared on site. 

 

Q. How safe and secure is your building?

Security cameras are in all classrooms and open areas for additional safety measures.  

A facilities coordinator is on grounds during the day to help supervise the buildings. Parents must be buzzed in unless they have obtained a key access card.  This card is granted if parents have children in both buildings for ease of access.

 

Q. What is your disciplinary policy?

Our expectations will be kept within the child’s developmental capabilities and the child will be made aware of these expectations.  Setting clear limits, showing positive alternatives, positive reinforcement (commenting on children doing the “right” thing) and positive redirection (removing the child and giving them an appropriate activity), modeling the desired behavior, and encouraging children to control their own behavior, cooperating with others and solving their problems by talking things out will be used
